She is an expert in all things management, including market rate leasing, tenant move ins/move outs, all tenant relations, OHFA, vouchers, and repositions
James
Maintenance Director
James oversees all maintenance and project management at Ironstone. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. In his free time, he enjoys racing his car at the track, and hanging out with his son.
Ashley
Portfolio Manager
Ashley joined the Ironstone team with nearly a decade of management experience. She oversees the management of several Ironstone Multi-Family Portfolios. In her free time you can find her hanging out with her dogs and spending time outside.
Jayson
Head of Sales & Limited Services
Jayson oversees the Ironstone Sales Division and the Ironstone Limited Services Division. Jayson moved to Tulsa from California, where he is also licensed. His expertise is working with buyers and sellers. As a Buyers Agent, he helps investors find on and off market cash-flowing deals, and also helps buyers find the perfect owner-occupied home. As a Sellers Agent, he works with Sellers to list single investments, investment portfolios, and primary residences.

Alan oversees our bookkeeping/accounting operations, and handles all financial aspects of Ironstone.

Maintenance Technician
Dally handles maintenance across all of our existing portfolios, with an expertise in new construction. His focus is on health/safety inspections, routine maintenance, and all other maintenance needs of our residents and owners. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family.

Megan oversees all management and sales operations at Ironstone. With over 11 years of industry experience, her expertise is in residential and multi-family management, with a specific focus in property repositions. One of her many talents is helping clients maximize their investments, maximize NOI, and build successful investment portfolios.

Property Manager
Sheena oversees the management of one of our Tulsa Metro apartment communities, and is also participating in continuing education as she obtains her real estate license. Her background is in community stabilization, project management, property flips, and customer service.
