James oversees all maintenance and project management at Ironstone on reposition properties undergoing stabilization. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. In his free time, he enjoys racing his car at the track, and hanging out with his son.
Jessica joined the Ironstone team with over a decade of management experience. She oversees the management of several Ironstone Multi-Family Portfolios. In her free time you can find her managing her own rental portfolio and hanging out with her family
Diana joined the Ironstone team with expansive management experience. She oversees the management of our Elms by ONYX Community. In her free time you can find her spending time with her family
Jayson oversees the Ironstone HR Division and the Ironstone Leasing Services Division. Jayson is licensed in 2 states, and moved to Oklahoma from California. He oversees our Leasing operations on reposition properties, in addition to overseeing new employee onboarding and HR efforts. Jayson also works directly with Ironstone Buyers and Sellers, helping clients buy and sell properties.
Megan oversees all management and sales operations at Ironstone. With over a decade of industry experience, her expertise is in residential and multi-family management, with a specific focus in property repositions. One of her many talents is helping clients maximize their investments, maximize NOI, and build successful investment portfolios.
Jacob oversees maintenance operations on our 100 unit portfolio Fifty One Flats. He is skilled in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as all other routine and complex maintenance demands of our portfolio. He is also experienced in unit turns, and has spent a substantial amount of time at lease up projects, turning vacant apartments to improve occupancy figures.
