She is an expert in all things management, including market rate leasing, tenant move ins/move outs, all tenant relations, OHFA, vouchers, and repositions
James
Maintenance Director
James oversees all maintenance and project management at Ironstone. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. In his free time, he enjoys racing his car at the track, and hanging out with his son.
Ashley
Portfolio Manager
Ashley joined the Ironstone team with nearly a decade of management experience. She oversees the management of several Ironstone Multi-Family Portfolios. In her free time you can find her hanging out with her dogs and spending time outside.
Jayson
Director of Sales & Leasing
Jayson oversees the Ironstone Sales Division and the Ironstone Leasing Services Division. Jayson is licensed in 2 states, and moved to Oklahoma from California. He oversees our Leasing operations on reposition properties, in addition to helping clients buy and sell properties.

Bookkeping & Accounting
Alan oversees our bookkeeping/accounting operations, and handles all financial aspects of Ironstone.
Dally
Maintenance Technician
Dally handles maintenance across all of our existing portfolios, with an expertise in new construction. His focus is on health/safety inspections, routine maintenance, and all other maintenance needs of our residents and owners. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family.

Megan oversees all management and sales operations at Ironstone. With over a decade of industry experience, her expertise is in residential and multi-family management, with a specific focus in property repositions. One of her many talents is helping clients maximize their investments, maximize NOI, and build successful investment portfolios.

Property Manager
Brennan oversees leasing operations and multi-family property operations at several of our Ironstone multi-family portfolios. He has a degree in Accounting, and a background in finance.
Charlie
On Site Maintenance Technician
Charlie oversees maintenance operations on nearly 150 units-as our senior maintenance technician on our Elms by ONYX and our Flats by ONYX projects. He is skilled in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as all other routine and complex maintenance demands of our portfolio.
Jacob
On Site Maintenance Technician
Jacob oversees maintenance operations on our 100 unit portfolio Fifty One Flats. He is skilled in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as all other routine and complex maintenance demands of our portfolio. He is also experienced in unit turns, and has spent a substantial amount of time at lease up projects, turning vacant apartments to improve occupancy figures.
