Our health/safety checklist covers a range of essential items to ensure that your property is in top condition and ready for occupancy.

Our checklist service includes:

• AC/Furnace Filter Replacement: We'll replace all filters if they are not new, ensuring optimal air quality and efficiency.
• Burnt Out Lightbulb Replacement: We'll replace any burnt out lightbulbs throughout the property to maintain proper lighting.
• Bathtub Re-Caulking: If needed, we'll re-caulk all bathtubs to prevent water damage and maintain a clean appearance.
• Function Testing: We'll perform a function test on all ceiling fans, toilets, and major appliances to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Damage Check: We'll inspect the property for major damage
• Garage Door Remote: We'll ensure that the garage door remote is operational or provide and program one if needed.
• Smoke and CO2 Alarms: We'll check all smoke and CO2 alarms to ensure they are functional and not expired.

*Inspection is $250 plus the cost of materials: Smoke Detectors ($25 each), CO Detectors ($45 each), Furnace Filter ($25 each), Light Bulbs ($2 each), Batteries ($3 each), Re-Caulk ($50 per bathroom)
